- The community is receiving rain and their crops are good. The crops like peas,groundnuts and maize are almost ready for them to begin harvesting.

- When Alex B arrived at Bupaluka and found the members waiting for him at their usual meeting place.They had an opening prayer that was led by Mutooto Saul the chairperson of the group. The members that are working on the constitution met the CDO of Ivukula sub county and helped them to improve on some point. They typed and presented it to the members. Alex B and the members discussed about clause of the leadership. They considered that fast because it a key point or driving force in the group.The members were concerned with the period of leadership in the office. Those that were in the meeting agreed that the term to be in the office should be for two years. They did not put terms of how many times but as long one serve in their interest. The members also agreed that if one of the executive committee misbehave,the rest on the committee can talk to him or her,util they wait for general meeting for final decision.They also decided that they can meet once a month or whenever they feel it is necessary to meet for the good of the group.The executive should be ready any time to give accountability,answer,explain, guide the members,They should be examples to the rest of the members in the group. There was a member who said that even their homes should be clean and have enough food for their families. Alex B advised the members give support to their leaders by responding to their call with positive mind for development in the group.He also asked them to work together in terms of labour,presence,contributing ideas that help them,to make them happy during their term in office. The members should discuss and guide each other basing on their conversation in order to achieve positive results.The members are to give information to the executive that can help to develop them as individuals and group.It was already three o’clock and he left for for Jinja.
