- Anger Lesson 4: Why in the world did I do that?
- Notes
- Ida went to Nabikenge and continued with the anger management lesson. She reviewed the previous lesson and the community remembered well. Ida asked if there’s anyone who has ever regretted as to why they did something?
Dan told the community that one day he bought fish and brought home. He placed the fish in the basket under the dish rack. A neighbor’s dog came and stole the fish. Dan went and started quarreling with his neighbor where a child abused him of his disability. Dan was too annoyed that he beat the child until the child became unconscious.
Every one was concerned that Dan had to treat the child which was hard for him. He wished that he managed his temper, it costed his cow to treat the child.
He appealed to the community to always take the lessons taught as something important and valuable. He now knows what it takes when you don’t manage your anger.
Other members too gave testimonies and really regretted why they did what they did.
