- When Alex B arrived to Bukudumira and found the members waiting for him at the usual meeting place.The meeting begun with an open prayer together that was led by Swaibu one of the members. The chairperson of the group Mrs.Margaret Waiswa said her and her committee had already submitted the draft constitution to the CDO of Nsize sub county for advice. The CDO will read through it , either to approve it and give them certificate or ask them to make some corrections if necessary. She also reported that their trees that were given to them by kibo group are good and healthy. The members are taking care of them and that no report yet was given concerning any pest or problems about them meaning that were growing well. Alex B thanked the members for the commitment and the step they had reached by taking the constitution to government office for help that is to the CDO of the sub county. Alex also advised them to develop four copies.Those are to be given to: one copy to the Sub county, another one to the District for registration to get certificates, another copy to the office of kibo group while the original copy to kept by the group .He also told them to prepare ugx 100000= ready for payment of the certificate at the sub county. Besides the constitution writing,Alex B asked the members to begin thinking of what the group will do next after registering their group with the government.He told them to come up with some proposals of the projects they plan to do as a group.
