- The user committee is not serious about maintaining their borehole.

- The government officials from Nawaikoke sub county have checked with the local leaders to see that the community is clean .
- Village Notes
- The homes of the members of the community which were checked are doing good as the health inspector of the sub county has been working in this community. Those that did not have facilities in their homes, were being reminded to have them and those who proved bigheaded were arrested and fined .More so with the latrine,Kitchens rubbish-pits,drying racks,bath rooms. What was noted that was not done is smearing of those facilities and also with few people like the elderly ones are still not yet done with some of the facilities. This was a result of the Lc5 for the districts discussion with the sub county chief of Nawaikoke. The care taker of the borehole Mr. Mika Almanzani told Alex that the borehole has an account and both committees are active.He also reported one time the borehole broke down but because they have an active committee, it was repaired it. The community of Bupeni as per now they do not need the program of CLTS to go there and work in that community.

- Alex B mostly interacted with Alex Balaba who was once the secretary of the group and a member of mvule program. He told him that they have a saving scheme though some members are defaulting to pay back the money to the group.With the goats some have taken back the offspring and some have not yet done it. The trees ,mvule those living are doing better and some went ahead to plant more musizi and they are also doing good. The community have realized the need and importance of the trees in their homes and the community.Those that have them are concerned to see that their trees are protected and secure as they say that they can sell and get money out of them and some use them for cooking food.
