The water users committee members in Kagulu nabigalata came up with a good idea of helping the old lady in the corner of the trading centre who was using a latrine without a shelter or a wall around it by helping her construct a wall around the toilet.

The committee members they have come up with away of mobilizing encouraging those that have not worked and improved upon their hygiene facilities they decided to be doing it three time a week.

David and Steven went to Kagulu nabigalata to continue teaching and encouraging of the community members to work on their sanitation facilities they completed following up on the remaining homes in the trading centre of Kagulu section and the homes near the swamp where the chairman lc1 resides they went ahead and encouraged the community members to contribute money to the borehole account and encouraging them the community members to bring poles for the borehole fence as well as bringing stones for the sock pit. They visited the five homes of the residents of Kagulu nabigalata who had not yet completed working on some of the hygiene facilities they found when the three members had worked and improved upon some of the facilities in their homes. They reached the five homes when the two homes had improved but the two remaining homes were missing out with some facilities getting improved.mr Samuel mpango the adviser on the water users committee gave those home four days before working and getting improved .mr Samuel showed the poles they had cut preparing for the fence construction,David thanked the water users committee and advised them getting the poles from where they had bought them from to the chairman,s home of the borehole. The treasurer was told by the chairman of the borehole moving around the entire village of nabigalata contributing for the borehole account,he moved and by the end of his movement he was able collecting 170000 shillings .He was advised by Kibo staff to reach out those homes the next day the same time who had not yet paid their contributions the next day the same time.Generally Kagulu nabigalata the community members they have worked and improved upon their hygiene facilities like toilets dish racks,rubbish-pits and the smearing of their houses and kitchens . They Will be having village meeting aimed each member contributing towards the borehole account the next Friday since everyone should own the borehole fully.,
