- When Alex B arrived at Bupaluka, he found the members waiting for him at their usual meeting place.They had prayer together that was led by one of the members of the group. Saul Mutooto the chairperson welcomed the members that turned up for the meeting.He said that some members informed him about their absence. The rest of them were still in the Christmas mood and new year celebration. The chairperson,secretary and the treasury got the list of what is required from them by the bank to open bank account. That was done in December 2018,and when they met they did not decide those to be signatories as they wanted to be advised on that issue. Alex B thanked the members for going through last year 2018 to 2019 peaceful. He asked them to work hard this year for their families,community and group. He advised them soon to open bank account as it is their priority. The signatories should be members that are faithful to themselves and the group. The group is supposed to write a letter to the bank seeking to open bank account. The members should sign that document to prove that it is a group.The names of the signatories should also be written down and their passport photos should be attached to the document.The Lc1 should write a letter to recommend the group as it is operating in the area. He asked them to come up with a project that they can do as a group.The meeting could not continue since it was already past three o’clock and was the first this year 2019,he left for Jinja.
