- Alex B when he arrived ,he found the members waiting for him at the meeting place.They had a prayer together that was led by Mutooto Saul . The chairperson gave welcome remarks when he told the members what happened when they went to the bank to process account.He told them as the manager need a letter from Lc1 that recommends the group addressed the General Manager of the bank.He also said as they told them to get aletter from kibo staff with reasons for them to open an account. He also said as the group has got land for the project of growing maize and cassava,though it may require to them to pay some money for the land.The plowing of the land will be of the oxen and some of the members have only they need to be paid some money for labour. The members are to contribute each as the need will be required. They agreed to plant such crops because it is cheaper to get the seeds and stems of cassava. Alex B advised them to secure land soon since rain season can start any time.He also told them to clear up with the person of the land because it will help them get a good harvest. The issue of pests sometimes that affect the maize,he advised them to set money a side for that in case they just spray them. He reminded them always to keep some money with the treasury for emergency concerning the projects of the group.The idea of meeting and discuss as a group then decided what to do,told them is the solution or a means of success in everything.He told the leaders to come up with a clear way how they will work together to the point of every one party and after benefit out of the project. The issue of bank account,Alex B advised the members to consult the CDO of their sub county for advise how the will go about it.This is because the group is registered with the government to operate legally.
