- The chairperson of the Group Margaret Waisa gave he welcome remarks. She thanked the members for turning up for the meeting. She also reminded the members to check up with their trees they planted. That since it was dry season,it could be better for them to be watered. Alex B reminded the members as one day he advised them to come up with a project they can do as a group. The members came up with a project of planting peas. Namukoose gave the group a half an acre of land first for one season.They also pledged money for the seeds that could be enough.Mukoose told them as he will clear the area before the oxen will plough .Swaibu Kigoolo promised to plough the garden without any charges. Alex B asked them to corporate as work together for development. He told them to mind also about the drugs for spraying. Their presence is important as they will be need of labour like planting,weeding,spring,harvesting and storing.The project is small but good for a beginner of the group. It will help them always to meet and charge ideas for a bigger project. He also advised them as it is important for the group to open an account with the Bank. The bank account will help them to keep their money safe other than with the treasury in the house. After the meeting, Namukoose led Alex B and the members to piece of land she gave to the group to use it .When they reached there all the members were thankful to her and promised to start within the week to clear it ready planting
