Notes
Abraham met nineteen Nawaibete community members and as soon as he arrived the rain came with a storm and many members ran to their homes to make sure their children are safe, it took a long time and some houses the roofs went off. After like two hours the storm came down and the CDO came, he was from a meeting at the sub county. He thanked Kibo for the good work done bringing people together and making sure they are registered by the government. He told them that he made the changes in their constitution because he wants them to succeed in what they are doing and not influenced by anyone. He said that they need to look for something that will work well for them because if they decide on something big which they will not manage they will fail.
He told them that they have been in the meeting and government wants to help communities with a constitution and a certificate from the district, he said that he wants five people from their committee with photocopies of their national IDs, the chairman, secretary, treasurer, a mobilizer and a member and take it to his office.
The community members thanked him for coming to share with them because they were not aware of those things.
Abraham thanked the CDO for having a time to teach the community and he advised the Nawaibete members to finish writing their constitution and make two more copies because they will remain with the original and take another to the sub county and the other will be taken to the district to be in their file.
