- Alex B found the members already gathered and waiting for him at the meeting place.The meeting begun with the secretary Isiko Isabirye reading the agenda for the day. An open prayer that was led by Fida Kasinga.
The next item on the agenda was to discuss on the management of their bank account that they had opened with Centenary bank.
George the vice chairperson suggested to the members to start saving on their bank account since its now active. Some members bought the idea but needed to discuss on how best to do it.
Isiko one of the members suggested that saving should be done at every end of the month.He also said at the end of the year members will receive their money their money basing on how much their saved.The money should be kept on the group bank account. Joy suggested that that all the members should save the same amount of money at the beginning to have equal rights on the saving and to avoid conflicts on who should take the biggest share.Members had different amount of money to be saved issue be saved,they had different figures like 1000=,1500=,2000=
Alex B thanked the members for the issue of saving,He advised them to have good records of book keeping. The members were asked to begin with certain amount of money that everybody can afford. He told them later their will review the saving scheme and the money should be given to their treasurer only during the meeting day.The day and date should always be known by all the members for saving.The member should be given a receipt to show that money is paid to the treasurer.

- 2019-03-22 - Purpose: To meet the members how they are going to receive money for the goats.He will get a letter from the Lc1 to recommend the group as register with his office in the community.
