- Notes
- Abraham met thirty nine Kishaike and the chairman told the meeting that they took the money for registering the group at the sub county but they have not yet got their certificate. He said that in future they hope to have a saving scheme whereby some members can get soft loans.
Abraham introduced to them about each having a goat so that they can be able to do many other things. The members were excited although some asked that are they going to have the exotic goats or local ones. Abraham told them that exotic ones are so difficult to maintain because they need a lot of care but the local ones are resistant to the diseases. They have to go and pick their certificate from the district. The are also working on their hygiene and sanitation, especially pit latrines and rubbish pits.
