- Notes
- Abraham met seventeen Kivule community members and they went around checking the some of the trees which survived a long drought which hit the area. They found few doing fine but the Giant rellar is doing well more than Mvule. They went to the usual place of meeting and found the members gathered.
The chairman thanked the members for contributing towards their registration even if there are some who have not yet contributed and he asked them to fulfill there pledges.
The secretary Mr Mingwa told the meeting that they finish writing their constitution and since they have been waiting for those who have not yet paid the money, he said that they met and some members said that the season is bad and they are waiting to get money from their rice they are hoping to harvest.
Abraham encouraged those who have not yet contributed to do it because they agreed to as a group, they are the one delaying the process. The chairman brought a suggestion that they can get a loan from the bore hole money which they save and they will pay back after harvesting rice, many bought the idea. The suggested that they will meet and discuss about it before the next meeting.
Abraham was happy about the community contributing for land where they will build their church building. The church has around forty five members.
