Notes
Alex B, Paris and Duncan went to guide the members how to care for the group garden project of soybeans and cassava. They walked together with the members and checked the garden to see how it was doing. They noted the members have started weeding their crops, remaining with the small potion and encouraged them to finish it up.During the meeting Alex B thanked for the good team work towards their demonstration garden. He told them to be ready to participate when ever they are called upon to do work together. He also told them about the need for spraying their garden to avoid pests from affecting their crops. He also reminded them to start thinking and planning for it since the soybeans are soon flowering. The garden needed to be protected from animals destroying the crops. He urged everyone to be keen as they work on their demonstration garden. They were told to consider love and unity as something important so that they can achieve success in every thing.Caring for the garden need people who can volunteer to sacrifice time to participate in the group project. Bethany,Paris and Emma Duncan from Harding university were happy to look at the programs of kibo group. They saw the borehole, stoves and mvule trees of the programs.During the meeting they thanked the community for hosting and let them learn from them. The members promised to work together for the good of their group.
