Introduction Manuela went to bukahna Primary to give pupils post test, this exercise helps the Life Skills teachers to access pupils understanding about the previous lessons. It also make the pupils to concentrate in class because they know that at the end of the lesson there is a test and that motivates them a lot. Overview When Manuela reached the school, she found pupils in class preparing and reading for post test, Manuela entered the class greeted the pupils and told them they are going to write their papers for post test. Manuela started by asking the pupils about the previous lesson that they learnt last week, some pupils were able to share their ideas and others said they were not around on that day. After that Manuela told the pupils take way their books and get ready to answer. As Manuela was conducting the excise, she would read the question for pupils so that they understand it well, she also asked them to be free and ask her if they are not understanding anything, she also advised them to write properly. After that, Manuela told the pupils that she going to mark and the results will be brought back to them, and on that day they will do corrections and even introduce another topic which is going to be communication skills. Challenges Manuela noticed, that most pupils don’t have notes and that may affect their performance, Manuela discussed that issue with Lorna, she told her to pare close attention to the pupils when it comes to time for writing because some pupils don’t want to write, Manuela wet on and told Lorna to be moving pupils to pupils making sure all the pupils writing, because if pupils don’t have notes then they write nothing at end of the lesson. Finally, Manuela encouraged the pupils to try and copy notes from their fellow pupils more especially the ones who have notes.
