David was in the village to prepare and meet with the sanitation committee members so that they would meet and plan for the date when the Kibo staff will be carrying out the third evaluation. At the village the Kibo staff had a-small meeting . In that meeting they planned how they would be carrying out the evaluation process. They also planned on how they will be moving around the entire village. They also planned on how many sanitation committee members will be available that day for the smooth running of the evaluation process.Later afterwards mr Bowazi whose wife is the borehole vice chairwoman,led David to the two boreholes. They visited the first borehole which was drilled by the Kibo.However David appreciation the way how the Kibo borehole was well maintained with a lean sock pit.David encouraged the village through mr Bowazi to always continuing contributing money towards their borehole account. They also visited the other borehole at the kigalama primary school which was repaired by the Kibo staff some time . The other borehole wasn’t well maintained. Therefore David advised one of the teachers who is on the borehole committee to take a lead always towards the maintenance of the good borehole status.Miss Sanya promised to demonstrate before her pupils at school and at the borehole . By teaching them the good ways of how they will keep their borehole well.miss Sanya requested the Kibo to give them one chance by teaching and reminding them about full borehole ownership and responsibilities. Later afterwards David left the village promising them that the evaluation date will be communicated to them through the village chairman mr Batista.
