The village in general has greatly improved and many new pit latrines are almost complete. The village leaders and the sanitation are encouraging people to contribute money to roof their pit latrines and so far 28 people have shown interest to roof pit latrines with iron sheets. While Alex and David were carrying the evaluation, hand washing was encouraged in every home and all the other facility standards. Also they emphasized the use of ash in the pit latrines to keep away house flies and bad smell.
