- Enock and Martin visited this community to check on latrine construction, dish rack construction, kitchen areas, hand washing facilities station and many other facilities. As we walked in this community, we continued teaching the residents issues concerning good sanitation and hygiene. We spoke about the importance and the values of all the facilities, emphasized the residents to work so hard and create a big change in there community. During the visit, we also sensitized about the many diseases which have affected most of the people and families due to open defection and lack of latrines. It was so good to remained the residents about the many killer diseases like diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, dehydration and many more. The community members are embracing the program and working so hard to improve their homes. There are many new dish racks constructed, four newly constructed latrines, 6 new Rubbish pits and 5 newly constructed hand working stations. The local leaders in this community are so appreciative for the good work kibo group is doing in this community. The community members are sharing pick axes so that everyone can be able to dig the latrine pits in time. There are many newly constructed structures in this community.
