- David and Stephen were in the village to carry out the replacement of the new borehole ballbearing . They also met with the water user committee members and reminded them of their roles and responsibilities towards their borehole. As David and Steven were in the village, they first visited the borehole. And at the borehole promise it’s were they met the water user committee members ready waiting for them. However the Kibo staff started the process of opening up the borehole head assembly were the worn out ballbearing were. They greased the chain and fixed back the new ballbearing ones the community had bought. Later David ,Steven along with the water user committee members tested borehole to check its working condition. They were all happy because the noise which used to come out of the head assembly was done. Later afterwards the Kibo staff sat into a smaller meeting with the water user committee members and few community members. They discussed how the village would take the good of their borehole. They were advised to always continuing contributing more money towards their borehole account. Also they were advised to take a lead towards the good sanitation of their homes and borehole. Not forgetting having monthly borehole village meetings. In general according to the hygiene and sanitation of the entire village it was good . Except for some few areas in the different new homes .
