Notes
For the last two months, WASH had to put more emphasis on those homes that still needed to improve in their sanitation standards. However this village has had so many challenges in general with one of them being sandy soils that easily sink in when it rains and bad leadership. An evaluation was conducted to determine the current state of the village sanitation status before getting on a way forward. 46 households were reached and evaluated. Many of the homes have greatly improved but still the challenge of pit latrines collapsing remains whenever it rains in Kisiro village. It has taken about 2 and half years to reach this state and a discussion with in Kibo will be held on a way forward for this village soon.
