- Martin went to Kishaike, to check on the hand washing stand and dish rack constructions in that village. He walked around that village with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. Good enough the big number of homes have worked so hard on their sanitation facilities like latrine constructions, kitchens, rubbish pits, shower facilities and those who have been contributing the money for buying nails to construct their dish racks, they have worked for them. And others are still constructing their new sanitation facilities like shower facilities. The group was encouraging the residents about the standards maintenance and smearing on the side of latrines, kitchens and shower facilities, to make them strong and clean. And for those who have completed their home facilities, they told Martin that, they have seen the value of them and they are appreciating kibo for that program. And they are requesting that if there’s any other program, they are willing to work with kibo. The Chairman LC1, VHTs and sanitation committee members, are willing to encourage the community members and complete their sanitation facilities, to change their village. The group walked in 38 homes, because they are close to each other.
