Martin went to lgerera A to check on the facility constructions and maintenance. He walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members in the lower section of the village. Good enough the big number of homes have worked so hard on their sanitation facilities like latrine constructions, kitchens, rubbish pits, shower areas and some homes are still digging their new pit latrines. On the side of dish racks, kibo is planning to teach them how to construct the moveable dish racks. Because the community members told them that they have constructed the dish racks for many times, but because of termites those dish racks can not stay longer. And others have visited Kishaike, and they have seen those who have constructed the moveable dish racks, they side it’s going to help them in their homes and in the hall village. For those who are have worked on their sanitation facilities, the group encouraging them about standards, maintenance, smearing and the use of ash to eliminate flies and smell in their homes. And the community is willing to work on their sanitation facilities with kibo, because for those who have worked on them, they have seen the value. The Chairman LC1 and the VHTs was just appreciating kibo for that work, because it was supposed to be done by them. The group worked in 35homes.
