- Irene went to Nabikenge to continue with the prevention and treatment of abortion but managed to get a few of the community members who were also claiming to be taking their children for immunization but managed to talk briefly about the lesson and with this Irene advised the community members to always seek medical attention whenever they notice that the woman is pregnant, when pregnant and seek medical advise, avoid self medication! and many more. Nabirye added have a family planning schedule in order to avoid criminal abortions. And to always visit the hospital Incase of any problems during pregnancy.

Nabikenge’s small for date baby that Irene has been monitoring since her first visits to the villages whose mother was abandoned by the husband claiming she was to small and he can not have such a baby for a Child and that the mother should look for the dad. The baby has gained weight gradually and healthy, the mother is so grateful for Kibo because it’s because of them that her baby was saved.
