- Abraham met eleven Bukoma C community members and the purpose of the meeting was to do evaluation of the trees and goats received from Kibo group.
The chairman told the members that they have lost one member in the community and that is why many members are at the funeral. He said that they are now saving money to buy a cow so that during Christmas they will slaughter and divide the meet.
Abraham thanked the members for coming together and collecting money to buy a cow because that shows how much they are working together. He encouraged them to finish buying goats for the members because they will take picture with their goats when he comes next time.
This group is doing something he has not experienced in other villages and he is waiting to see how it will look like in three years to come, there are community members who are hoping to join the group not because they have received goats but because the good they have done in ten homes plastering houses, cementing floors, helping some to roof their houses, building permanent latrines.
The chairman told Abraham that group B has also started and there is a neighboring village they have also started doing the same. The message from Bukoma C is spreading to other villages.
