- Alex B met the leaders about how they will manage the group finances.This is after opening the group bank account. The group managed to open group account with post bank in Iganga town.The signatories of the account are the chairperson of the group Margaret Waiswa, Swaibu Kigoolo and Alice Babirye. These are part of the leaders of the group. Alex B shared with the leaders how they will manage the finances of the group.He told them to be trustworthy concerning the group money. He also advised to record all the transactions like the way how the money comes in and will be spending.Being the custodians of the community riches,they should be ready to give accountability of any thing concerning the group.He also advised them to keep all the books of account safe.The signatories were advised to be sharing ideas concerning the finances of the group. Money for the the group should be recorded different from individuals saving.This is because they are using the same account for both personal saving and individuals. Swaibu Kigoolo on behalf the signatories promised to be trustworthy and willing to serve the community. He still want to guided more about how to manage the finances of the group. It was also noted that the renal of their registration was done on 3-7-2019 and will expire on 30-6-2023.That means the CDO of their sub county is ready monitor their activities.
