Notes
Suzan went to buluvu village to follow up on the maintenance of the program facilities such as smearing of the buildings ,stove building progress and usage. When she got there, she found the group members at the meeting place waiting patiently for her. They got excited when they saw her and after greeting one another and discussing about the program activities going on so far, they agreed and began walking around the village visiting home to home while monitoring different facilities. It was also reported that most members had gone for burial at the neighboring village after losing one of their elderly member who had been very sick. The group visited a few homes at the upper side of the, and according to observations, most members had maintained all their facilities and were cooking on their stoves without any complaints. However, some facilities were not in good shape in away that they had been destroyed by the by previous rains most especially the pit latrines, shower areas and dish racks. Suzan advised the members to use stronger materials to rebuild their facilities so that they would last longer. The members were so happy for the visit and advice given saying it strengthened their relationship with Kibo group and they promised to always work hard as a team for a quick development in their village. They wished one another the best and the called off the meeting.
