- Alex, Chris, Tom and David carried out a baseline survey in Kirwanire village one of the newest village for WASH program. This was to determine the sanitation status of the village. After the data collection, WASH will use it to guide them on a way forward to address the sanitation issue of the village and together with the village, they will discuss on a way forward to get solution to the problem of open defecation. There were cases of open defecation seen in the village from all the 4 WASH guys that conducted the baseline and surely the village will be triggered on how to end this problem. WASH shall go back to meet with the village leaders and plan for triggering date and mobilize the village for triggering of the village.
