Martin went to Ibaako, he walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the VHTs. Their intention was to check on the facility construction in that village. Good enough the families who have been digging their new pit latrines, others have completed them and others are continuing on their own without force. And their those who had not started digging their new pit latrines, also they have started working on them. But the big number of homes have started constructing their new latrines. And the group was encouraging them to construct their facilities in a good standard and in a strong way, so that they can use them for a long time. And to defend those diseases that my come due to poor hygiene.
For the village leaders, they just appreciating kibo for the work going on in their community as well as the village. Because it’s their responsibility, to encourage the community members to work on their sanitation facilities and it’s in the Government policy. And they are so happy, because when you work around, they are so many new pit latrines in that village. For those who are have not constructed their new latrines, they’re planning to work on them. And the group was still encouraging them to work on their new latrines on a good standards. According to what is going on about the new pit latrines, the community members are willing to work on their sanitation facilities in that village. And kibo also is willing to work with them. As kibo is working in that village, the group walked in 34homes.
