Irene went to Nabikenge to continue with the alcohol , drug and substance abuse.
She started with a review of the previous lesson then asked the members to mention some of the health effects alcohol had to an individual. Isabirye mentioned effect on the lungs, and other digestive problem. Segonga mentioned constant headache and cancer and other problems as discussed by each individual. Irene added more health problems including self harm. These were categorized among the long term and short term.
Irene then asked some of the ways these problems can be prevented and solved and Nabirye said putting strict rules on alcohol, Jasi said creating jobs for the young generation so that they are occupied not to get involved in peer groups,seeking medical help Incase of side effects, treating mental illnesses and others as the members interacted and discussed
After the discussion Irene asked the members that next time they talk about some of the causes of domestic violence
