Notes
David was in ndalike village to mobilize the community members for the forthcoming hand washing triggering as well as targeting the home which were still lagging behind. It was unfortunate that when David reached the village, he found that kaloli one of the most active sanitation committee members had lost one of his in-law so everyone was going for the burial and therefore David was able to visit the homes of Perus and namuwaya which were still lagging behind. However, in Peru’s namuwaya,s home the Kibo staff were so happy because she had all the latrine construction materials in place so she was set to start the construction meanwhile in mrs Namuganza. Edward,s home, David found the construction was in progress. Although the community members were preparing to go for the Burial which was slated to take place in kinu the next village, David encouraged them to work hard in order not to be affected by the next coming rains. David’s observation was that many homes have improved regarding sanitation standards except a few homes with the need to improve. David left the village with an assignment to the chairperson to mobilize the whole village for the next hand washing triggering.
