- Notes
- Abraham met thirty four Kitukiro community members and the purpose was to discuss about having a constitution as a group and why it is good to have one. The chairperson Mss Atianga told the members that they went around and checked all the trees they planted and they are still alive. She said that they have been having a problem with two members Mpalageni and John they tried to solve it because both are church leaders fighting for the members. She said that one member moved from Mpalageni church to John’s church and that was a big problem with those two Mpalageni accusing John taking members from his church.
Abraham thanked the members for keeping trees well and also solving group problems because that will make them to solve other problems in the future. They need to know that problems are part of life and when two or more people work together you expect problems to come, that means that they are growing.
He advised them to go and get any constitution from a village which registered their group then that will help them to know the format of writing theirs. He told them not to copy and paste because villages are different. They said they are going to get one and by next meeting they will have more ideas about it.
