Martin went to Ibaako, he walked around with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. Their intention was to check on their facility constructions in that village. Good enough the big number of homes in that village have are busy working on their sanitation facilities like digging the new pit latrines, others are busy constructing them, and others are constructing their shower facilities and rubbish pits. And the group was encouraging the community members about the better construction methods and standards. The reason why kibo teach them about the better construction methods and standards, because they wants them to construct strong facilities which can stay longer and help them for a long time. And kibo is forced to do that, because they are going in rain season. On the side of the village leaders, they’re just happy for the work going on in their community as well as the village. Because it’s their responsibility to encourage the community members to work on their sanitation home facilities. Because village leaders are part of the Government workers. But according to what is going on about the sanitation facilities, the community members in that village are willing to work on their sanitation facilities. Because those who have worked on their new latrines, they constructed them with bricks and cement without force, and they are strong and on a good standard. And the village leaders are also willing to encourage the residents to work on their sanitation facilities. As kibo have just started working in that village, the group walked in 38homes.
