- Alex B and Elizabeth met thirty seven members of Bukudumira about how they will work out from saving to soft loan. When they arrived,they were taken around to see the programs of kibo group.This was done to the student of Rochester university Elizabeth to see the projects also of Mvule community development program in that village.They managed to see the garden where they will plant the peas and of chicken coop which is almost ready. Swaibu one of the members said that the members have started saving money with group bank account. Elizabeth thanked the community for good welcome that was given to her .she enjoyed the fellowship with the community. Alex B thanked them the work done to develop the group. The saving that done by members is good for them to facilitate the projects of the group. He asked to keep good records of their books about different projects. Alex B suggested to them to think of how to benefit money from the group as individuals.He told that it is better to save money that can be given out to individuals from the group to develop themselves. The only way is by by accessing soft loans from the group. However,he told them fast to make good saving as individuals that will qualify them to loaning scheme. The saving will determine when and how to begin the loan scheme.The members will decide the interest rate about the money is taken by a member. Alex B will discuss with members how they will benefit from the soft loan in their group.
