David was in Ndhalike village And his intention of going there was to follow up the homes which had constructed their pits but they had not yet constructed shelters on top of them. As he was in the village he was joined by two of the community members who led them into the different homes which had the greater need for improvements. However out of the many homes they reached out ,David kalori and mugote were impressed by musobya kintu . For her she had finished the construction of her new pit latrine. On that note David encouraged musobya kintu ,s wife to also smear their latrine in order promote the sustainability of the finished pit . They were also encouraged with zewulensi lgambi and Namugabo Mariam the two of the community members they had requested from kalori the most active member so that he would guide them on how to construct a standardized hand washing station in their homes. Unfortunately because of the death of the four people in that community. Kalori was not able to help the two families with the construction of the hand washing stations. But when David was in the village he encouraged so much kalori to help the two families. Also David was so much encouraged with perusi mbemba . For her she used to have a-pit which had a bigger hole of which some one would easily fall inside. Therefore when David was in the village he found when he had collected the construction materials. And he was waiting for the mansion to improve on the pit the next day. David,s overview was that according to the next village,s. Planned sanitation general meeting David thought that there was going to be good progress. Because all the a-gender which was scheduled and they showed it to David he was hopeful of all the better improvements .

2020-03-30 - Purpose: Monitoring the progress on the construction of the hand washing stations

Program Success

The homes which were still lagging behind they have started working hard in order to improve on their facilities which were not meeting the rightful sanitation standards

Program Critical Needs

More sanitation improvements in the homes which are still lagging behind . And also the kibo well is down therefore there is need for the village to fundraiser money for the repair of the well.
