Notes
Abraham met six leaders in Nawaibete community and the purpose was to discuss how to go forward with Mvule community development during this Coronavirus period. Abraham thanked the members for keeping Mvule trees well and also keeping the bore hole clean. He told them that Namutumba district gave Kibo permission to continue working in the district, they have to start thinking how they will continue meeting in this corona virus. He gave the masks which was given by Kibo and the chairman Mr Balaki shown the leaders how to put on a mask. The chairman thanked Kibo and asked Kibo to give them more masks. He said that it is difficult to convince community members about Coronavirus because they have never seen one who is sick or who has died and he asked Kibo to help them also to teach people about the dangers of this disease because if one gets it becomes a problem to all the community. He said that they are going to group themselves so as to continue meeting while maintaining social distancing as the government stated, he encouraged his fellow leaders to group the members in not more than ten so that they can meet and then bring their suggestions to the leaders who will discuss and give them what they have come up with. He added that with checking the trees in the homes of the members that is good because they are not together in one place. Abraham encouraged them to continue telling the community members even if some may ignore but most will understand. He told the chairman to use local tailors in the village to make masks for them because they will need them when they are traveling or going to the hospitals.
