Notes
Ida went to Budumba to review hatching lessons and also egg marking. As usual the meeting begins with a prayer from the community members, sing few songs and then the review follows. Ida asked what they still remembered about hatching. Otim said that he remembered to love chickens that will lead to keeping well. Most of the community members seemed to have forgotten because they didn’t write anything except Otim. This gave Ida a clear picture to re-teach the lesson again. Ida taught the whole lesson on hatching and was impressed that this time most men had were writing down some notes according to their understanding. Next week Ida will teach community how to mark eggs and which eggs shouldn’t be given to chickens for incubation.
