Bible Lesson 7: The Tongue
Notes
Ida went to Ikumbya and taught about the "Tongue " As usual Ida started with revision, and after She used a story of the five mice that went for a safari unfortunately something had blocked the road. So they thought of a plan who should go first. They all agreed on one thing where by each one came back with a different story. But the one who went last explored well and found out the real thing. Most times we are just like those mice. It's good to explore something and find out the whole thing not bits. Ida also gave them a reading from the book of Ephesians 4:29. This lesson touched many and one member Jerimina Ntalo asked how can someone ask for forgiveness from a neighbor she talked about falsely. Ida encouraged her to go and talk to the person she wronged. This woman cried confessing the bad things she spoke against the neighbor. The community asked Ida to pray for Jerimina Ntalo because she is known for talking about people when they are not around. Ida asked Louisa the old woman to lead the prayer which she did. The community thanked Kibo for loving them the way they are.
