- Nawaibete village is in the process of drafting their constitution so Abraham, Alex b and Chris’ visitation was intended to have a discussion with the community members as they were collecting views about their constitution from all the members. In attendance was the chairperson and his committee of tour members plus a selection of five other members. During the meeting, the members agreed that they really needed to have a constitution if they wanted to register their program group. The chairperson and the members agreed to contribute money when it comes to getting their group registered. The chairperson also encouraged the members to think about the name of their group and what they plan to do as a group. The chairperson also reported that some members were not in the meeting so it would be unfair to decide a name of the group in their absence so he appealed to the members to come for a meeting next Wednesday to decide on the name of the group. Abraham,Alex b and Chris will be going back on 9/09/2020 to continue engaging the community members in the process of drafting their constitution.
