This is Sinde village in Namayingo district, in the photo above , Abraham(in sky blue Kibo shirt) is standing with the members who recieved the goats, giving out goats to committed members is one of the Mvule incentives, this is intended to empower the community economically by taking care of the goats and increase their offsprings.
