Bulyowa village, Manuela was teaching about Rape and Defilement, she advising parents to stop negotiating with the parents of the victims in case of any child sex abuse in their community because that can lead to continuous causes of sex abuse among young children. Manuela told them to always report any child sexual abuse to the law makers so that they can seek for justice and punishment on the victims.
