The LC1 chairperson Mr Kasadha Budala suggested that they bring back twenty thousand shillings in form of offspring. At first he was against Kibo program but MCD continued talking to him now he likes Kibo so much that he can not miss meetings. He asked the community to forgive him for the bad words he used to say about Kibo.
