Jessica went to the village to practically teach the members from the lower section how to build the fuel efficient stove. When she arrived there, she went to one of the homes where the stove was going to be built and found some members already gathered there with all the materials in place and stamping the dirt.
Jessica was so happy to find the members stamping the dirt and this showed how the members were willing to learn on their own even without supervision. They warmly welcomed her to the village and immediately Jessica divided the members into two groups and requested them to watch as others practiced in cutting and leveling the stems.
Later after the dirt was taken inside the kitchen and Jessica started building the stove step by step while explaining everything to the members. This was to enable them learn easily especially when asking questions. Jessica encouraged the members to always keep practicing in building the stoves for this would make them perfect with time.
Some of the members participated in some steps like smearing or smoothening the stove after it was built which was very good. Jessica thanked each one for participating in the stove building and the meeting came to an end.
