- Alex B met the leaders of Nabituluntu about their roles and responsibilities. They were to understand each how to perform their duties for the good of the community. The Lc1 chairperson opened the meeting with word of prayer. He reported as the elected chairman lost his relative and could not attend the meeting since he went for burial. Alex B thanked those that attended the meeting and asked them to remain united.He told them as they need to perform their duties with a mind serving without payment from kibo group. It is a free service but with reason of developing their community. These are the office bearer that are to be performed in as services by the elected members: The chairperson is to call and guide the meetings He is also to see that unity and love prevail in the community. He should be example in everything. The vice chairperson is to perform all the duties of the chairperson when is absent.And should life or conduct him or her self like the chairperson. The secretary is write down all the minutes in everything meeting and edit them so that records are kept. He also need to help the chairperson while organizing general meetings. The treasury is the custodian of the property of members.She gives the accountability of finances of members. She also prepares financial report whenever is demanded by the members. The mobilizers are to coordinate between the committee and the members.That flow of information from leaders to members is done by the mobilizers. The Lc1 is a government representative on the committee and also adviser on issues concerning the government. The secretary of committee Tayoleke thanked Alex B information that was given to them as leader. He asked his fellow committee members to work together. He also requested them be a ample when there need of contributing money for the good of their community. We agreed that in the next we shall hold a joint meeting with the leaders and the community.
