Notes
David and Steven were in kirwanire village. And their intentions of going there was to continue following up on the homes which were still lagging behind so that they get to work hard and met the set deadline date of three weeks when everyone is improved . As they were in the village they first met with the village chairman mr Hasani Bogere and Gerald mufumbiro the sanitation committee members. David and Steven first met with the village chairman and Gerald because they wanted to monitor the sanitation progress since it was the previous assignment to the sanitation committee. However the chairman told David and Steven that during their home to home movements during the weekend when the kibo staff were away they had moved home to home while encouraging . But this is what the chairman of the village Hasani Bogere and mufumbiro Gerald they noted. They said that even the most complicated resident were willing to work hard and getting improved since their target as the whole village was to finish working with in the three weeks as agreed during the meeting. So David continued and asked the chairman which homes and areas needed more sanitation encouragements and the improvements . Therefore David and Steven they left the chairman,s home and they moved home to home into quite a good number of homes but this is what was noted . kirwanire as a village had had no trees for making dish racks . So as a village they sat and agreed that they will contribute 2000 shillings and give one members who knows how to make standardized dishracks . However that idea impressed so much David and Steven because they were seeing a lot of new dish rack in the different homes . However David and Steven they kept on encouraging the residents to add on the supporters to be added on the poles of the dish racks which were made already . Also as David and Steven continued moving home to home they were were so impressed because Wayilogo moses had improved on his latrine by adding a door on his latrine . Wayilogo moses also had made more improvements on his sock pit which used to cause a lot of flies into his home. Later the flies they would cause a lot of diarrheal diseases. So Wayilogo moses was no longer complaining any more about his kids stomach pain . In general according to to David and Steven,s overview they saw that kirwanire after the previous meeting they were steadily progressing.
