David and Steven were in Ndhalike village. And their intentions of going there was to give out jerrycans to the members who had already finished the construction of their hand washing stands in their homes . Before the giving out of the jerrycans the kibo along with the village chairman mr Anthony, they fist visited on Akilamu waiswa,s and Hamuza Kitamilike,s homes . However David and Steven were so encouraged because Akilamu waiswa and Hamuza kitamilike they had good sanitation work progress and the much improvements. So because of that David advised kitamilike Hamuza to also improve on the other sanitation facilities in his home. David continued and advised kitamilike to love his home because some times he was always out of his home . On that note David was so impressed to hear from kitamilike himself saying that he was to stay in his home and improve on the other areas with the much need for improvements . As David and Steven continued moving home to home they saw some two homes which were previously affected by some stronger winds and rains and their latrines had collapsed. The two homes were of Budoli mapiti and Mugote Valentine s . However David and Steven were so much encouraged because the two homes had started digging their new latrine pits . So David thanked the the owners of the two homes for the care , and love for their homes. Because it was not all that so common for some homes having their latrine pits which were collapsed and sooner they re dig new ones as mapiti Budoli and mugote Valentine did. Therefore David advised the two above mentioned personalities to work harder and smarter that is by using good construction materials in order to achieve the sustainability of their latrines . In order not to face the same challenges because before they had used weaker materials for the construction of their pit latrines . Later after all that the kibo staff they went to where they were going give out the jerrycans to the members who had finished the construction of their hand washing stands. The entire procedure of giving out the jerrycans it was as follows, the jerrycans were given to those who had latrine pits already constructed and even plastered their hand washing stands. As the exercise of giving out the jerrycans to the members went on ,before the David and Steven they got to distribute all the jerrycans . The rains started and they handed over the jerrycans to the committee. The kibo assigned the sanitation committee to take the responsibility of registering those who were to get the jerrycans they had left back in the village. Before David and Steven left the village they promised to bring more jerrycans to those members who had not yet got the jerrycans. In general according to David and Steven,s overview,they saw that there was more sanitation progress in the village than before.
