Abraham met fifteen Kitukiro community members and the purpose was to discuss how they can start a saving scheme within the group. The chairperson Mss Base told the meeting that they she was elected as a group chairperson and they replaced the secretary. They came up with the idea of saving scheme because they wanted to support members as they bring back some small interests to make the group going. The group decided that each member will be saving two thousand shillings every month and the former secretary said that it is small amount of money and he suggested to be five thousand shillings each member to save, the majority said no to his suggestion and he said he has left the post of being a secretary. Abraham met him on the way to the meeting place but he said nothing but also he did not come to the meeting. Abraham thanked the members for continuing to meet even if some are not happy with what the most group members are doing. He told them that they need to agree to disagree because everyone thinks differently and they need to respect each in making decisions like this. He told the meeting that he will talk to the former Secretary to see that he can leave the post of being a secretary but remain a member in the group and he wants to do it in the next meeting because if he can do it with him alone they may not understand why he decided to leave the post.
