- Alex B meet with the community about their bylaws. It is important for group of people to come up with some guidelines as bylaws for themselves. The meeting was about for them to make few of them to start with that are to help members to work together. He advised them to have those that make them to have a particular day and time for gathering together. Paul one of the members bought the idea basing on that, some do not plan for meetings since no day was decided. Kaisu was mindful about time for meetings.This was when some do not observe time for meetings. He also added that absenting from meetings would be addressed with measures against it. Alex B suggested to them to all members should attend meetings. Communication verbal or in writing is better. I also advised them to come up with way how members should conduct themselves during meetings. It will help them to utilize time set up for meetings very well. I told them that through responding better to the bylaws,then making a constitution will be very easer for them. It is from the few bylaws,that will guide them to come up with a constitution.
