Notes
Alex B and Chris met the community members of Nabituluntu about bylaws and how important are to them .Another issue was how those bylaws will help them in time of writing their constitution.
Tulibagenyi the Lc1 gave his welcoming remarks when he thanked all the members for their turn up for the meeting. He urged them always to embrace meeting and be good participants .
Alex B told the community to set bylaws that will guide when time comes for them to write the constitution. Such bylaws help them to turn up as the number is required by law to be passed. He advised them that discipline is a key point among people who are working together.
Balinaine suggested that one the laws for them is for one not be absent from meeting without a clear notice. He added that during meetings members should be orderly by the way they participate.
Waako suggested that during meeting it is the chairperson to allow or give permission for any body to contribute.
Alex B thanked members for their contributions and advised their secretary to note those ideas as they will be coming up with more bylaws.
After the meeting Alex B,Chris and chairperson checked up with some members to see how their mvule trees were doing .Chris recommended a girl that is taking care of the tree that was given to her grandparents
