Notes
Ida went to Kasuleta to finalize with the chicken coop building. Kigaiga the member who offered his home for demonstration was very happy that he will be helping his fellow members to learn more about poultry keeping. Kigaiga is a qualified secondary teacher, unfortunately he was hit with stroke. He was bed ridden for almost three years not talking, opening his eyes and most of his systems were down. Good enough God brought him back to life and he is healing slowly and well according to our nurse Irene Ngobi. Despite of the problems he is going through, he has showed the community an example of a good community member. His home is the one we use when demonstrating the chicken coop. We finalized with the coop building but he requested Ida to continue for the next two weeks because he feels not good enough. Due to the determination he showed, Ida will be teaching him where he thinks not good enough. This young man has proved to Ida that no matter what, he will never beg that’s the reason as to why he has started poultry keeping. He never complains and is happy though the sickness left him lame, the right hand side is all paralyzed. Continue praying for Kigaiga Zachariah to completely heal.
