Enock went to this village to carry out the third evaluation survey to know the actual data of latrine coverage, dish rack, shower areas, kitchen areas, rubbish pits, kitchen areas and hand washing. There are many new good facilities which I saw, great improvement in sanitation and hygiene levels. There is increase in the percentage of all the sanitation facilities and thus has led to development in many homes. As I walked around, I encouraged the residents the residents to continue constructing good standard facilities. The homes that are still lagging behind I encouraged them to construct good standard facilities and speed up to complete all the facilities missing. As we continued walking around, we emphasized proper sanitation in latrines, maintenance and use of ash in latrines as a disinfectant to chase flies and reduce bad smell as well as maintain good hygiene. I was so impressed to see many homes having great improvements and helping one another to also improve their sanitation through sharing ideas and pick axes to dig and replace broken facilities. I spent most time walking around documenting and recording the data for all the facilities. The chairman and VHTs remind with the task to continue encouraging the residents who are still completing the facilities to speed up. The chairman and VHTs had a meeting at one of the primary schools to pray for the children who are doing their primary leaving exams which qualifies them to join high school. We managed to walk in 65 homes and I had to led the local leaders go for the meeting
