Notes
Martin and Steven were in Namusita, they walked around the village with the Chairman LC1 and the sanitation committee members. Their intention was to check on the facility construction, mostly on the new latrine construction. Good enough, in the homes the group walked in some-homes have worked so on their home facilities and others are still working on them like Antonio Matenga, worked well on the kitchen and a strong dish rack, Kusaini Wanzige worked on the new latrine, 25ft deep with bricks and cement and he is plastering it, Noar Mubundu, the Chairman LC1 in that village, he dug a new pit latrine 30ft deeper, it’s under construction and he worked on the new rubbish pit, Sulayi Mulyangule, roofed the new kitchen and his she is planning to smear it, Marry Bilibawa, a widow, she worked on her new rubbish pit and she was so happy for it, Maiko Kasadha, worked on his new shower area and the rubbish pit and William Kaiga, worked on his new kitchen and he roofed it. Generally the community members in that village, are busy working on their new home facilities, to compare to the fast day kibo went their. Martin and Steven was so happy to hear from the executive committee members for LC1 and the sanitation committee members that they are willing to work with kibo. According to the government policy, it’s their responsibility to encourage the community members to work on the sanitation facilities. So the group was forced to encourage the community members the standards and maintenance. As kibo is still working in that community as well as the village, the group walked in 34homes.
